1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. The administrator of personal data collected through the website: www.wallbonito.com is RSQ Associates Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, address: 03-966 Warsaw, Afrykańska Street no 14/94, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000763353, NIP 1132990603, REGON 382086103.

1.2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

1.3. For a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term ‘User’ is replaced by ‘You’, ‘Administrator’ or ‘Wall Bonito’-‘We’.

1.4. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose and personal data is stored on secure servers.

1.5. Personal data provided in the contact form shall be treated as confidential and shall not be visible to unauthorised persons.

2. ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. Wall Bonito is the administrator of its clients’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, IP address, company name and NIP.

2.2. Wall Bonito is also the administrator of those who are subscribed to the newsletter.

2.3. Personal data is processed:

2.3.1. in accordance with data protection regulations,

2.3.2. in accordance with the implemented Personal Data Security Policy,

2.3.3. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the Services provided electronically,

2.3.4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not affect the rights and freedoms of the data subject;

2.3.5. to the extent and for the purpose compatible with the consent given by you when you subscribed to the newsletter.

2.4. Any data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

2.6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Contract or withdrawal of consent only to the extent that it is necessary to pursue possible claims before a court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain data.

2.7. The deletion of your personal data may be effected by revoking your consent or by raising a legally permissible objection to the processing of your data.

2.8. In order to maintain, develop and analyze the relationship with you, as well as to create statistics and market Wall Bonito’s products and services, Wall Bonito uses profiling by using your personal data to evaluate some of your characteristics, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects of your personal preferences, interests, location or movement.

2.9. Personal and operational data of the Users may be disclosed to external entities, i.e:

2.9.1. the processors to whom Wall Bonito has entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of the relevant contract.

2.9.2. to governmental and judicial authorities, such as the police, public prosecutor’s office, courts or regulatory bodies, at their request and only to the extent required by law or to protect the rights of Wall Bonito or the safety of the user, Wall Bonito employees and Wall Bonito resources;

2.9.3. to law firms and courts to enforce or perform a contract with you;

2.10. In the case of Customers who use the services of delivering the Product to the Customer, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of the Customers to the extent necessary to make the delivery to selected carriers:

2.11. We try to limit as much as possible the period of storage of personal data which are no longer used. However, we would like to inform you that such situation may occur due to operational and technological reasons.

3. „COOKIES”

3.1. The Website uses “cookies”. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow to read the information contained in them only to the server that created them. “Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.
